About an imaginary genealogy in which all my ancestors, friends, cousins, daughters and granddaughters participated in the Latinization of the world.
Description
I was born in 1971. I have invented a genealogy for myself that weaves links between different parts of the world and that dates back as far as the invention of the first systems of writing. My Russian cousins, their Moroccan friends and a Chinese lover, all Latinized in one fell swoop by the tidal wave of keypad phones. They all inhabit this genealogical self-fiction, based on obsolete technical objects, as well as selected extracts of my grandmother’s journal, from the period when the world was turned upside down by the arrival of the telephone. As for my granddaughter, maybe we will be able to hear her, or rather to catch some fragment of her voice in a volatile “cloud” of the quantic hypranet.
