AAbout the need to wedge in an image in order to finally fall asleep…

Description

A spectator enters the sleep chamber. A patient is sitting there. He is speaking out loud and looking at his own image. The video image, superimposed on a 1 to 1 scale, is projected onto an armchair.…
The image is a memory-image of the place itself, a memory of what happened there. The patient is a hypersomniac.

He wants to know more, he points the video projector onto the sink, sees an image of a nurse cleaning and putting away electrodes.

The patient tries to go to sleep, but in order to do so, he must match the images perfectly. He moves the video projector. The image shifts out of sync, the match is broken. Matching the memory-image and the image of the present becomes essential to the peace of mind he needs to fall asleep. So he tries to match the image of the fire extinguisher on the fire extinguisher, the pipes on the pipes, the angles of the room…
